First-year NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series Funny Car driver Austin Prock will clinch his class’ title by simply making his first qualifying pass Friday at this weekend’s In-N-Out Burger Finals at Pomona Dragstrip.

The In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals at the Pomona Fairplex in Southern California had a little too much excitement when a small plane crashed near the dragstrip. Fortunately, nobody on the ground was injured by the crash.

Four people were injured after a small plane crashed on the dragstrip during the NHRA Finals.
