Erratic driver hits, kills NorCal USPS worker, police say

Police said an SUV driver who was having a medical emergency lost control of the vehicle and struck the postal worker as he was sorting mail outside his truck. The worker was identified as Irvin Hernandez, a 33-year-old resident of Santa Rosa. Hernandez was found dead, lying in the middle of Northpoint Parkway.
