Missouri voters overturn abortion ban with narrow approval of Amendment 3
The voters have spoken in Missouri, and abortion is once again legal in the Show-Me State. Amendment 3, which reverses the state’s abortion ban, narrowly passed with 51.9% voting “yes” and 48.1% voting “no,” according to the Associated Press. In total, 1,534,399 voters approved the amendment, and 1,424,781 opposed it—a difference of 109,618 votes.
