North Korean leader Kim Jong Un called for strengthening the country's nuclear weapons capacity "without limit" and completing war preparations against the United States and its allies, state media reported Monday.

"We will strengthen our self-defense power, centered on nuclear forces, without limitation," the dictator told his military commanders during a conference.
