In a new development this week, the GBI said that the Georgia State Patrol's dive team recovered Jeter's rented Jeep Compass around 9:45 a.m. from the Ocmulgee River, near where his body was discovered in the area of Lumber City, Georgia. GBI investigators said no visible damage was found on the Jeep.
