PUTNAM COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — A sinkhole has closed a main road in Cookeville Monday morning. Cookeville police reported the sinkhole is located on East Spring Street. East Spring Street is closed to traffic in both directions from Watagua Road to Whitson Chapel Road.
