Americans living in Paris cast their ballots in the U.S. election “straw poll” at Harry’s Bar, a hundred-year tradition that has correctly predicted the outcome of the election all but three times. The poll began in 1924 when Americans living abroad could not vote by proxy.

All eyes are on swing states to determine the next United States president, and Wisconsin is near the top of the list.
