After much speculation, fans of The Rings of Power have finally learned the identity of the Stranger. The character’s identity was revealed in the Season 2 finale of the Prime Video series, released on October 3.

Prime Video is expecting more “growth and momentum” for Season 2 over time, though as Deadline previously reported, the series has been struggled to retain a large portion of its Season 1 audience. Samba TV data shows that the Season 2 premiere episode drew half the audience that the first episode of Season 1 drew in less time.
