Poyer (shin) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Travis Wingfield of the Dolphins ' official site reports. Poyer didn't practice at all this week ahead of Sunday's AFC East tilt. Marcus Maye will likely draw into the starting lineup next to Jevon Holland on Sunday in place of Poyer.
