This performing arts complex replaced a group of obsolete theaters and provided the region with many big new venues for the grand arts. It had been a tenement slum area and was featured in the old "… Full review by Thomas V

Lincoln Center is New York City's version of Hollywood, a home to 11 performing arts. But it is more than that. Undisputedly, it is the world's leading performing arts venue and the premier entertain… Full review by Taylor B

The Lincoln centre for performing arts is a must see in NY. A multitude of options and shows on offer. Best to order tickets in advance. Full review by StephenCr0ss
Please tell me how much a glass of wine or champagne costs ? I see that I can order ahead but no prices are listed, I would like to know what to expect. Incredible that prices are unavailable.

I'm not positive, but it is NYC so expect $12 & up.

The closest is The Empire, across the street diagonally. There are several others, but to shorten this response, search by typing "upper west side hotels" & that should help. You can also look at "distance to & from" Lincoln Center, as this really helps if you like to walk. There's plenty of transportation also, with a subway station right in front of LC & several MTA bus stops, as well- this will help you broaden your hotel distance & maybe even get better prices if you go further "uptown" UWS.
Last summer I walked by Lincoln Center around midnight Sunday and all was dark. How late is Lincoln Center lit up on a typical Friday or Saturday night? One of my favorite NY places at night.

Midnight !! Sorry no. Late strollers thought to be aTimes Sq bound. Buildings only lite for performances. Think it’s 2hrs after performance is curfew. Center Fountain maybe longer as separate. Can’t say who to call. Maybe LC web page?
I will be in NY from Feb 3rd to 11th and then back for one day on Feb 18th, and I'm planning to buy tickets with discounts for NYCB performances at the LC Atrium. I want to see any of them since I get a good price, but I particularly want to see Romeo & Juliet, which will begin on Feb 13th, so I would be able to see it only on Feb 18th. Is it easy to find available seats for performances on stage in the same day or in a few days?
A:
Thanks, Ian. Yes, maybe this is the best way to check if I can find available seats. I hope I can buy when I get to NY to save some money. Dolar is really expensive to brazilians. Haha
